The Zgorn Corvettes primary role is to support other heavier craft. With nearly three times the shields of most corvettes its size, the Zgorn is also well-armed with plasma batteries, covering all arcs except the rear. It also has a light point-defence battery for anti-missile and anti-fighter protection.
